Jane Austen's birthday is coming up soon – and we're going to celebrate! Look forward to a festive ball with country dances and cotillions from around 1800, accompanied by energetic live music from “Playford's Pleasure.” The event will take place in Zorneding near Munich. It is a festivity organized by the association, but anyone interested in dancing is welcome to attend, provided they have a basic knowledge of country dancing.

When: Saturday, November 22, workshop: 3–5 p.m., ball: 7–11 p.m.

Location: Martinsstadl, Ingelsberger Weg 2, 85604 Zorneding Costumes are welcome, but not required. An afternoon workshop will give you the opportunity to learn or refresh your knowledge of more challenging dances. We ask for a culinary contribution to the buffet – gladly based on Regency recipes.
